Ingredients:
1 pack Henro All Day biscuits
100g butter or margarine
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Cups Cremora powder
1 cup water
Method:
Crush biscuits and place in bottom of serving dish
Melt butter and mix with crushed biscuits
Place in the fridge
Mix the condensed milk and lemon juice
In a separate bowl, mix Cremora and water and whisk until dissolved and thick.
Combine the Cremora and condensed milk and pour over the biscuit base.
Refrigerate for 2 hours
